7:00 pm Meditation and Discussion
We practice Centering Prayer* for 20 minutes, then break for snacks, followed by 30 minutes of guided discussion (usually on a topic related to the previous Sunday’s lesson).   We dismiss by 8:00, but some like to stay and chat after that  (we chase everybody out by 8:30).

* If you’re not familiar with Centering Prayer, come along anyway.  Walk in and sit with a bunch of strangers in a silent circle.  Yes, it’ll be weird the first time, but give it at try anyway. When we finish, and after snacks, Doug (our minister) will sit with you and explain the why and how of Christian meditation.  He’ll introduce to some people, and it won’t be weird at all the next time.
